OSOGBO – The Zonal Police Public Relations Officer, Zone XI Command, SP Adekunle Ajisebutu has been promoted to the rank of Chief Superintendent of Police.
According to a release by the Deputy Zonal PPRO, DSP Segun Okunuga, the former PPRO Oyo State was elevated alongside 335 Superintendents whose promotion was recently released by the Police Service Commission following a recommendation by the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu, NPM, mni.
Decorating the PPRO in his office at the Zonal Command Headquarters, Osogbo recently, the Assistant Inspector-General of Police in charge of the Zone, AIG Adeleye Oyebade, mni, described the newly promoted officer as disciplined and diligent even as he admonished him to see his promotion as an additional responsibility and a call to re-dedicate himself to the service of the Force and the nation at large.
While appreciating the Inspector-General of Police for his recommendation which culminated in the promotion, CSP Adekunle Ajisebutu, disclosed that the promotion would spur him to improve the quality of his service to the Force in particular and Nigerians in general.
