A real estate investor, Ayo Ekisanya has revealed that anytime is the best time to buy real estate noting that the longer a property stays, the more it appreciates.
Speaking on the real estate show produced by Metropolitan Ideas, The Landlords, on Beat FM Ibadan, Ekisanya, who is the CEO of BMB Properties said there are more lands available for sale than buyers as more people are emigrating.
According to him, the fast-rising nature of Ibadan as a city has made it an investors’ delight.
He also revealed that there are buyers of lands in developing areas like Moniya, Elebu, Akinyele, Odo-Ona Kekere, the area that connects Elebu and Apata, and the area after Ologuneru before Ido, while the requests for structures are more in developed areas like Oluyole, Bodija, Iyaganku, Jericho, Nihort, Akala Express, and Elenusonso.
Speaking further, Ekisanya encouraged investors to desist from procrastinating as the dynamics of real estate are fast changing.
