Ibadan – Comrade Titilola Sodo has opened up on his experience in the administration of Governor Seyi Makinde, the circumstances surrounding their eventual fallout, and his views on the political direction of Oyo State.
Speaking on Outpost with Adebisi Ogunjimi, Sodo offered insights into his time within the administration and the events that eventually changed his relationship with the governor, stressing the failure of government to release funds to Local government Councils.
The Gubernatorial candidate of the Action Alliance in the 2027 election and a former aide to Governor Seyi Makinde also condemned the occasional stipends given to workers as wage awards, noting that any increase to Workers’ wages should be wholesome and tangible.
He expressed dismay that the Governor despite boasting of his team could not appoint a successor from his teaming loyalists but had to bring an ‘outsider’.
