Ibadan Chief, Adegoke Donates N10M To Support Construction Of Hall/Office Complex For Mogajis

Ibadan – Barely a week after the commissioning of the six blocks of classrooms constructed for Koso Community Grammar School by the Aare-Egbe Omo Balogun of Ibadanland, Oloye Adegboyega Taofeek Adegoke (FCA), the Ibadan Chief and business Mogul has again donated the sum of ten million naira (N10,000,000) to support the construction of a befitting Hall/ Office Complex for the Mogajis of the ancient city.

Olooye Adegoke, who is a great Philanthropist and the Mogaji of Abosé Compound, Gege, Ibadan made the donation during his visit to the Oke Aremo Palace of the Olubadan of Ibadanland, His Imperial Majesty, Oba Akinloye Owolabi Olakulehin, (Ige Olakulehin 1)

He was warmly received by the President of the Mogajis, Mogaji Asimiyu Ariori, and the Secretary, Mogaji Odugade, alongside notable Mogajis including Mogaji Koso, Mogaji Agbo Bere, Mogaji Sangodoyin, and Mogaji Alago, Mogaji Moganna.

While receiving the donation on behalf of the Mogajis, Mogaji Asimiyu Ariori expressed deep appreciation to Olooye Adegoke’s consistent support, noting that this latest act of generosity is part of his broader dedication to the development of Ibadanland.

“This is not the first time Olooye Adegoke has shown his love for Ibadanland. He has consistently been a source of support and inspiration to us all. His contributions are helping to shape the future of our great city”, he further said.

The Hall/ Office Complex named Ile Eke complex is designed to meet international standards and is expected to serve multiple purposes, including hosting important meetings, fostering collaboration among the Mogajis, and promoting the development of Ibadanland.

It will also stand as a symbol of cultural pride and unity for Ibadan indigenes across the globe.
