Member, House of Representatives, representing Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency, Hon. Abass A. Adigun (Agboworin) has felicitated the Muslim faithful on the occasion of this year’s Eid-El-Kabir celebration.
Hon Adigun, who is also the Vice-chairman of House Committee On Airforce, in a statement released through his director of communication and media, Aremu Ibraheem, congratulated Muslim faithful on the occasion of Eid-El-Kabir all over the world, Nigeria, Oyo State, and particularly in his Ibadan North-East/South-East Federal Constituency.
He called on Nigerians to continue to pray for the peace and fulfillment of Nigeria especially now that the country is faced with numerous challenges.
The federal lawmaker also stressed the need for all Nigerians to use the occasion to strengthen their trust in God as the only solution to the challenges they face, for which all must continue in supplication and obedience to His will.
He further called on all citizens to use the Eid-el Kabir to reinforce their commitment towards the unity and stability of the nation as well as strengthen their love for one another especially at this critical time in our national and global history.
“May this unique festival of love and sacrifice bring us Peace, hope and fulfillment that we need to excel in our lifetime,” he said.
