Ibadan-born business mogul and Chief Executive Officer of Winchester Group, an offshoot of Costain Africa Plc, Ayodeji Karim, has called on government at all levels to lead the built industry in innovation, provide a proper legal framework and effective partnership for the real estate industry to thrive in Nigeria.
Speaking exclusively on The Metropolitan Ideas’ Real Estate program on radio, The Landlords, the globally acclaimed business expert, Karim also touched on the challenges of utilizing the meager funds available for real estate investors while advocating for the use of alternative building materials like earth for maximum profit.
Knocking off the notion that Nigeria is not ready to key into the smart-home drive, the University of Wales alumnus said alternative forms of power like solar could be employed to achieve this.
