Ibadan – Governor Seyi Makinde has appointed Hon. Saheed Akinade Fijabi, a former House of Representatives member, to chair the Oyo State @ 50 Anniversary Committee.
In a letter signed by Chief of Staff Otunba Segun Ogunwuyi on Monday, the governor announced the 11-member committee.
The committee is comprised of notable individuals, including Alhaja Ololade Agboola, a former Head of Service, who serves as Deputy Chairman.
Other members include Dr. Z.O. Ajuwon, OON; Mustapha Razaq Areo; Alhaja Fatimah Ololade Azeez; S.A. Adejumo; Pastor John Olasunkanmi Alabi; Alhaji A.K. Bello; Mrs. Ronke Adedayo, who serves as Secretary; Compol Fatai Owoseni (rtd); and Mr. Samuel Adegboyega Badejo, Director-General of Protocol.
