Ibadan – With hearts full of gratitude and deep humility, the members of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Ward 10, Owode-Ipapo in Itesiwaju Local Government Area of Oyo State, sincerely express our profound appreciation to our father, His Excellency, Engr. Abiodun Oluseyi Makinde, the State Party Chairman, Hon. Dayo Ogungbenro, the esteemed party stakeholders, leaders at all levels of our great party, the People’s Democratic Party (PDP), Oyo State Chapter, for finding our son, Hon. Salau Olaniyi Nurudeen, worthy to serve in the noble capacity of Itesiwaju Local Government Party Chairman following the demise of the former Chairman, Hon. Ganiyu Owolabi, who passed away on 4th November, 2025.
This confidence reposed in him is not only a great honour but also a call to greater responsibility. We accept it with utmost humility and a firm commitment to justify this trust through dedicated, transparent, and selfless service to the party and the people.
We assure our leaders and stakeholders that, by the grace of God, he will work tirelessly to uphold the unity, discipline, and progress of our great party. He will strive to carry everyone along, ensuring that every voice within our fold is heard, respected, and valued. Together, we shall continue to build a stronger and more united PDP that truly reflects the hopes and aspirations of the people of Itesiwaju Local Government.
Once again, we sincerely appreciate our leaders, elders, youth, and women for their unwavering support and commitment to the ideals of our great party.
