Aimakhu opined that Individuals with the means to provide loans for the sector can also be licensed to provide mortgage facilities for operators.
Aimakhu while observing that professionals in the sector are gifted with enough ideas and know-how but usually lack funding added that whilst loans from the federal mortgage bank remains inaccessible by ordinary citizens, commercial banks’ selection of loan beneficiaries seem to favor only the rich.
